This knife was born from a collaboration between Tsumotoshiki and Sakai Takayuki.
It's a versatile knife that can be used not only for fish, but also for vegetables and meat that you cook on a daily basis.
We wanted everyone to enjoy it, including fish, so we revived it to its original form.
